A one hour session constructed of a targeted warm up specific to the days program, a section with Strength or Skill focus (weightlifting or gymnastics),
followed by specific accessory work.

The Session finishes with a high-intensity CrossFit Workout!
A one hour session Learning and Improving on the Snatch, Clean and Jerk
A 45 min High-intensity SWEAT Session to improve your engine and cardiovascular system.
Learn the Foundations of CrossFit, Gymnastics and Weightlifting in two rewarding and valuable sessions.
