CrossFit

A one hour session constructed of a targeted warm up specific to the days program, a section with Strength or Skill focus (weightlifting or gymnastics),
followed by specific accessory work.

The Session finishes with a high-intensity CrossFit Workout!

Weightlifting

A one hour session Learning and Improving on the Snatch, Clean and Jerk

Cardio

A 45 min High-intensity SWEAT Session to improve your engine and cardiovascular system.

Swole Patrol

This Session is for anyone who is trying to increase muscle mass and sculpt their body.


There is no aerobic training in this class.
