Who We Are

CrossFit ATF (Against The Fire) is a coach-led CrossFit gym built on hard work, smart coaching, and strong community. We help everyday people build real strength, improve fitness, and gain confidence through structured, scalable training that meets you where you’re at - not where you think you should be.

Whether you’re brand new to training or experienced in CrossFit, our coaches focus on safe movement, proper technique, and long-term progress.

Our Classes

Choose Your Training Style

From high-intensity CrossFit to focused strength training, we offer diverse classes to match your goals and fitness level.

CrossFit

60 min

A one hour session constructed of a targeted warm up specific to the days program, a section with Strength or Skill focus (weightlifting or gymnastics), followed by specific accessory work.

The Session finishes with a high-intensity CrossFit Workout

Hyrox

60 min

Class based around the HYROX training methodology. Low skill conditioning with specific strength work for the HYROX movements

Weightlifting

60 min

A one hour session Learning and Improving on the Snatch, Clean and Jerk
