A one hour session constructed of a targeted warm up specific to the days program, a section with Strength or Skill focus (weightlifting or gymnastics), followed by specific accessory work.
The Session finishes with a high-intensity CrossFit Workout
Hyrox
Class based around the HYROX training methodology. Low skill conditioning with specific strength work for the HYROX movements
